Autonomous tool carrier

BIO-TAC autonomous
tool carrier

The autonomous tool carrier is primarily intended for use in integrated and organic vegetable production, with its main function being the transport and operation of various working tools for soil cultivation and plant treatment.

Due to its adaptability, the tool carrier can also be successfully used in the production of flowers, ornamental plants, as well as medicinal and aromatic herbs.

Thanks to its dedicated design and method of movement across production areas, this innovative device can carry various tools, such as cultivators for soil cultivation, milling blades, small ploughs for opening channels for sowing and planting, mini seeders, equipment for weed elimination using lasers and gas flame burners, and similar tools.

The device is operated via a joystick, while navigation relies on existing irrigation systems within the production area, eliminating the need for expensive GPS and AI solutions. In addition, the technology and tools are open-source, meaning that plans and software are available to everyone, enabling continuous performance improvements and increased applicability by those who will use this equipment the most—farmers, engineers, and the scientific community.
